Marlene Buchy, Senior Consultant at Oxford Policy Management. Marlene has worked extensively in the field of resource management but has extensive experience and expertise in cross cutting themes such as gender, participation, poverty analysis and governance. Based in London.

Marie Christine Monfort

Co-founder & President

Marie Christine has worked for over 25 year as a seafood market analyst, for private and public clients. Marie Christine is the Principal Consultant at Marketing-Seafood. Based in Paris.

Maggi Hughes

Treasurer

Maggi Hughes, Director within Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Advisory business. Maggi has been a life-long advocate for women’s equality and has previously worked in the areas of gender-based violence against women. Based in Singapore.

Pascale Baelde

Co-founder & Director

As a marine biologist, Pascale has dedicated a large part of her work to fighting trade-related prejudices, helping fishermen, scientists and State managers undestand each other’s interest and needs and work together. Today she wants to address the gender-based prejudices in the seafood industry. Based in Paris.
