As a marine biologist, Pascale has dedicated a large part of her work to fighting trade-related prejudices, helping fishermen, scientists and State managers undestand each other’s interest and needs and work together. Today she wants to address the gender-based prejudices in the seafood industry. Based in Paris.

Marlene Buchy, Senior Consultant at Oxford Policy Management. Marlene has worked extensively in the field of resource management but has extensive experience and expertise in cross cutting themes such as gender, participation, poverty analysis and governance. Based in London.

Natalia Briceno-Lagos

Project Manager

Natalia is a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and member of the Maurice Halbwachs Center. Since 2011, she has been studying the social impacts of the salmon farming industry in Chile. Her main research areas are work, family and gender. Based in Paris.
